it was an informal discourse
a private discussion of all the ignorant hypocrisies that exist these days
and I suppose they always have....
consumption, consumerism, the environment
maybe it's only a north american thing.
maybe the 'north american thing' is just to pretend to be passionate
to turn around without any real care
to be as trendy as possible with the issues that plague us
the problem isn't overproduction
or imperialist consumer-slavery
those who care don't do enough,
those who do enough have their own priorities.
fear or laziness,
which is more universal?
i believe in the teachings
i read the five per cent
a nation is alive,
eighty-five trapped.
the organized move,
philosophizing the difference.
